Naebody in Particular

i’m not going to even pretend that i’m a good blogger anymore.mighty quinn is walking, sparklet’s getting ready to go to school, we left the country, had a couple of birthdays, and basically spent the last three months outside. it’s been 124 days since my last blog post, and here is a selection of the 150 posts worth of life i missed over the last four months:

• Sparklet got accepted to school and starts in September.
• The Mighty Quinn turned one year old, and then immediately started walking, and walking, and walking.
• Sparklet is basically swimming on her own, now, and is off of diapers completely.
• The Lady Sparkler got a bike for her birthday, and we’re actually starting to use them (though Sparklet and I have been using them for quite some time).
• We went to Costa Rica — God knows what we were thinking, but at least we got some pretty pictures.
• We’ve been hiking, and camping, and hiking, and fishing, and kite flying.
• Our car got broken in to for (only) the second time in seven years.
• Sparklet got enough snow in late march to make a #$&#ing snowman (what is going on with this planet of ours?)
• We went to Austin (for SXSW) and the kids rode the Zilker Zephyr for the first time ever.
• I uploaded 2005 photos to flickr (208 of them are actually worth looking at) and 18 videos to youtube.
• Oh, and I got a Canon 6d.
