Naebody in Particular
They're not on a shortbread tin, but the dead live on so long as we keep telling their stories. Scots, Yanks, Canucks and the Auld Enemy. Newest posts are the ancestors, but scroll for the living.

the new share
So, our previous nanny share family bolted. After about 6 months, they decided they were done, and gave two (2!) weeks notice. This is pretty much exactly why nanny share families need a contract with each other more than they need a contract with the nanny.
(I’m not sure who they think is going to pay the nanny’s salary in the meantime, but — oh, wait, it’s us. I’m sure they have a great reason for screwing us and the nanny that’s served them loyally, but — oh, well, good riddence.)
Anyway, we’ve just complete yet another global, exhaustive search for a nanny share partner and this one is normal and cute, and i’m sure it will last forever.
